Do I need to prepare my garden first?+

Not at all. Please leave it exactly as it is — seeing the real, everyday state of your garden helps me give you the most honest and useful advice.

How long does a consultation take?+

The Garden Chat runs around an hour, while the Full Consultation is a half-day so we can dig into detail. I'll always confirm timings when we book.

Which areas do you cover?+

I'm based in Staines and happily cover surrounding Surrey and Middlesex villages. If you're a little further out, just ask — I'll always be upfront about travel.

Am I committing to a big project?+

Never. A consultation is simply expert guidance you can act on however and whenever you like. There's no pressure to spend more or commit to anything.

What if I need to rearrange?+

Life and British weather happen! Just give me a little notice and we'll easily find another date that works for you.
